Almond Flax Crackers
Into a food processor:
- 2 cups flax seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp spicy Herbamare
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 cup olive oil
Dehydrate for 6-8 hours.
Garden Crackers
Into a food processor:
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 1/8 cup chili infused olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp spicy Herbamare
Dehydraye for 6-8 hours.
- 1/2 sweet potato sliced through a mandolin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (Orphee brand chili infused)
- Seasoning (From Herbs ‘N’ Things, Creemore, ON) [*]
[*] – Paprika, Poultry Seasoning Garlic, Celery Salt, Onion Powder, Curry
Dehydrated for about 3 hours, these are chewy yet firm, sweet and spicy and quite delicious.
