Inspired by FRESHNESS

I am inspired by freshness in my life… fresh, clean, vital energy. After many failed attempts at a clean diet, I am finally getting there. I am consciously upping the quantity of greens in my diet, reducing sugar intake (fruit – I avoid anything containing white sugar like the plague), hydrating myself, and supplementing appropriately.
