2nd day of juice fasting/feasting and I’m starting to climb the walls. I can make it until Thursday. That’s only 4 days total. I feel pretty great – no gnawing hunger pains and I have lots of energy, despite only getting 4 hours of sleep.
Eating:

- 33 ml Wheatgrass
- 1 glass water with 1tsp Chlorella
- 1 Tbsp vegan EFA oil
- ! Tbsp Floradex iron supplement
- Supplements: digestive enzyme
- juice (carrots)
- juice (carrots + celery)
- juice (celery + parsley + lemon)
- juice (apple + pear)
