Eating
- 2 cubes wheatgrass
- 1 cube E3Live
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 veggie wrap (the wrap was not raw)
- 1 Tbsp cashew butter and trail mix
- large sprout salad
- 1 glass red wine
