My Newest ‘Addiction’
SPICY/SAVORY COLLARD WRAP
- 1 collard leaf
- living cress
- living pea shoots
- shredded carrot
- 2 Tbsp sauerkraut
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- sprinkle of cayenne to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 drop Stevia
These are REALLY good!
Monday March 15th: Menu
Eating
- 1 cube wheatgrass
- 1 cube E3Live
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 glass of coconut juice with meat
- Raw crackers and garbanzo dip (lots of them)
I am not infallible
I am not infallible in my pursuits. Over the weekend, I ate:
- a pancake with syrup
- 2 grilled cheese sandwiches
- a veggie bento box (tofu, teriyaki stir fry, tempura veggies), maki rolls
- a couple of cookies
- too many samples (wine and cheese) [*]

- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 veggie wrap (the wrap was not raw)
- 1 Tbsp cashew butter and trail mix
- large sprout salad
- 1 glass red wine
