Cacao Fruit Monsters
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries + blueberries
- 1/8 cup goji berries
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- 4 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp macca powder
- 1 Tbsp Vega EFA oil blend
- 2 Tbsp dried coconut
Dehydrate 8 hours. Yields: 1 dozen cookies.

Juicing
I have started juicing again after getting lazy/forgetful for awhile. After my conference next weekend in Collingwood – where I expect the eating to be delicious and certainly NOT raw in any respect – I plan to go on a juice feast/fast for a week or two to detox.

Garden Crackers
Into a food processor:
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 1/8 cup chili infused olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp spicy Herbamare
Dehydraye for 6-8 hours.
