I have been accosted by my new love affair with tofu. I never used to like tofu to this degree. I was, however, introduced to crispy-frying it (especially coated with nutritional yeast or coconut) and I am smitten. This is not entirely a good thing. Fried foods == not good. Is it the promise of the cold weather? The crispness in the air? What is it that has caused my complete fall from grace?
