Chocolate Ginger Bombs

- 2 inches of ginger
- 10 dates
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Random amounts of pecans and walnuts
- 1/8 cup of water
- 4-5 Tbsp cacao

Dehydrate 4-5 hours. Yields: 1 dozen cookies.

The bomb happened after the fact. After soaking the dates, I forgot to remove the pits.
